Semtech Electronics Limited was founded in 1991, 32 years ago, focusing on the R&D, manufacturing and sales of semiconductor discrete devices.Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province. It has a self built industrial park covering an area of 93,000 square meters, with more than 1000 employees.
It has an advanced modern semiconductor production line with a daily output of up to 180 million pieces of products, covering a wide range of small signal diodes (switching, Zener trigger), rectifier diodes (standard rectifier, fast recovery, ultrafast, schottky), protection elements (ESD, TVS, silicon controlled rectifier (thyristor), transistors and Mosfet.
Our products are widely used in household appliances, display screens, mobile phones, power supplies, batteries, fire protection, automobiles, new energy and energy storage products.
