    Mustafa Dinc has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Automotive Business Development at Vishay Intertechnology. At Vishay, Mr. Dinc has worked across multiple product lines from semiconductors to passive components in most automotive design applications, including powertrain, chassis, ADAS, EV / HEV, sensors, and more. He is also deeply involved in the product definition of 48 V mild hybrid, pure electric, and plug-in electric vehicle on-board chargers and hybrid DC/DC converters.

    Electrification Solutions and Incremental Business for BEV and Low Speed 48 V Vehicles

    In recent years, a large number of active safety, energy conservation, and emissions reduction systems have been integrated into new automotive models. With the increase of electronic equipment in these vehicles, the current requirements for the automotive market are growing exponentially. A 48 V decentralized architecture reduces heat loss and current flow. In order to cope with changes and risks, the existing pure electric vehicle power supply system is gradually adding 48 V loads. Increasing the operating voltage of the electrical system and integrating other high power electrical equipment provides greater design flexibility, while allowing for the possibility of improving vehicle efficiency. In this presentation, Vishay will highlight a series of modular reference designs to meet these objectives.
